NextStep is built by one independent, experienced developer. AI File Analyzer and PhotoSweep are the two tools available so far — small Windows utilities, made the way small utility software has always been made: one person writing the code, testing it, and shipping it.

Why everything stays local

These tools read and process your files right on your computer. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere — that's just how they're built, not a setting you have to turn on.

Getting the tools

Both tools are sold through Gumroad. Payment and checkout happen there, so you're buying through their platform, not signing up for anything with NextStep.
